Positive: Recently had two new Trane HVAC units installed (upstairs and downstairs). Both units were expertly installed by Dubose crew in 2 days. Kavin Dubose is owner and either does, or supervises, all work. Very personable and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction; job is done right the first time. Visits for service on old units always on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DuBose HVAC!

Negative: NONE. Have used several big name HVAC services in the past. With these services, abilities of technicians varied widely, but price was always high, and usually non-negotiable. Obvious that cost of maintaining fleet of service vehicles is passed on to customer. Great ads and PR, but that adds to costs as well. PREFER SMALLER COMPANIES WITH STRONG WORK ETHIC AND CONSISTENT TECHNICAL ABILITY.
